Paracetamol never helped with my pain but has caused ibs flare ups and it is bad for the liver long term.

Amongst other ailments I suffer from general osteoarthritis. I am taking various pain relief medications. I use Paracetamol as a "quick hit" when necessary to relieve pain if I am undertaking some form of moderate exercise.

Paracetamol is an underrated drug by many: I believe that it is an effective pain relief medication and was the only drug I needed for 2 fused bunions and 2 pinned hammer toes both done at the same time

Not a lover of pill popping, but they helped with controlling the pain after the operation
