Good for joint aches/pains. Do not take if on blood pressure medication. I prefer ibuprofen gel, as you can apply directly to the place where the ache/pain is, therefore it does not affect your stomach.

Only took this for a short time as an anti inflammatory. Worked well for me.

This is such a good medicine, often underestimated as it does not need a prescription.
Especially effective in reducing inflammation and soreness in joints and muscles.
I always take after food and have never had any problems.
