Hydrocortisone

I take hydrocortisone daily, 10mg minimum but more as required along with fludrocortisone for Addisons Desease. I was diagnosed in my late 40’s and assumed it was the menopause, old age creeping on etc. A blood test revealed high levels of potassium and I was hospitalised. After the initial weight gain due to high doses initially I was able to reduce the daily dose to an amount that an eagles me to live my life as I wish, taking more as and when required.
