ive been having the flu jab now for seven years and I must admit its the second time in seven years that I've come down with a flu bug. I had the flu jab on 28/09/17 and I was in bed for two days and since then I've only been out twice, I'm not saying that the flu jab knocked me of my feet it does its job and I would advice anyone that can have the flu jab to go for it. the biggest problem I have found out is that people with either colds or the flu come out and pass it on, they should stay inside until there better and not passing it on. I'm nearly 100% normal but still watch where I go.

i had no side effects and only had flu once in the past 10 years and it was mild would recommend it
