Weight gain, induced too much sleep, anxiety.
I came off this having seen its effects on others - aggression, highs and lows, high level emotion.
I did not miss it at all.
Was given to me as sleep inducer to replace a different mix of meds.

I take for fibromyalgia, for pain and sleep improvement. Quite effective but take early in evening if you don't want to be "hung over" in the morning.

Was added to my regimen of pain killers for arthritis of the spine and was a great addition
