I take it for neck problems on low dose along with tramadol

Given this for sciatic spasmodic pain. (After trying other pain killers that didn't suit-Naproxen and codeine) not much help for pain on low dose of 10 - 20mg at nite. But helped me sleep longer. Was up around 4a.m daily for almost a year. Now up around 6a.m. Makes me groggy, tired, + short tempered, cos can't get going and loss of energy. But much appreciate the extra sleep. That was worrying me. Had to get up once awake at 4am due to sciatic pain and aches in back and hip/legs. More sleep great. And don't make me feel as sick as others e.g the codeine which made me feel sick and actually vomitted badly after 2doses. Not sure how long to try it For??
