the facility to have a video of the exercises sent directly to my mobile phone was a brilliant idea. M.S. clearly and calmly in non-medical terms explained everything causes, prevention, timeframe of recovery - I felt so much as ease and ready to face work thanks to his professional and caring manner

This Physiotherapist assess, listened and gives advice on how to safely improve your situation. He involves you in care plan and encourages you to continue and when to ease to avoid further injury. He listen and that’s important to patients, he demonstrates, teaches. This goes a far way because everyone learns differently.

Matt was able to diagnose the exact cause of my pain and provided a tailored management plan for muscle strengthening exercises. Explained and made sure the exercises were done correctly .The exercise sheet and the wibbi access provided made easy to do my exercise at home. I would defenitely recommend his service for others.
