I have just had my end of titration review with Elisa which was initially very anxious about however as soon as Elisa began the appointment all my nerves etc had disappeared. Elisa is a lovely lady who is friendly which made it extremely easy to open up to her about everything that needed to be discussed. Elisa has always replied to my messages promptly during the titration process & has answered any questions I’ve had during this time. She is very informative and always makes it clear that I can ask anything that is bothering me about the process. Anyone that is under Elisa’s care during titration process is lucky as the care is amazing! Thank you Elisa for making this difficult journey for me a lot easier ☺️

I had a fantastic experience with Elisa. She listened with genuine empathy, was always flexible, and went above and beyond to help whenever I needed support. She was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process. I’ll admit I had low expectations after reading some negative reviews online, but she turned out to be the complete opposite: caring, professional, and incredibly effective. The medication and dosage we landed on have been truly life changing.

Elisa was just amazing during my titration period. From the very start she explained what would happen which reduced any worries (although I was more excited) and I was surprised and impressed with the safe speed at which my doses were increased to optimal level. The level of health checks including an ECG completed prior to receiving the medication made me feel safe as well as the regular reports I had to send back to continue through titration. Elisa is friendly, caring, professional and promptly answered my questions with advice or clear solutions. Thank you so much Elisa!
