(Dr)Ross,Lucy and nurse Sarah were exceptional from the beginning.Showed me great kindness and thoroughly explained the treatment and what will happen going forward. An absolute credit to the Emergency Department.

Although I was examined, it was clear the medical team thought I had a routine gastroenteritis issue. Had they conducted sufficient test to rule out a more serious condition I wouldn't have been rushed back into A&E that same evening receiving emergency surgery, spending time in ICU and a week on Willoughby ward

Had an amazing experience at Bluebell. Allowed me to have a perfect birth. Every midwife that dealt with us was very caring, understanding, explained everything and were thoughtful and respectful. They coached me through birthing and made the environment so relaxing. The facilities were wonderful and very clean. Even after labour, bedsheets and pads etc were changed very regularly and promptly to keep me feeling comfortable and cared for. Also midwives available at all times to support us with anything from breastfeeding to queries. Couldn’t have asked for anything more than what we received. The whole team is amazing and should be proud of what they do.

The only main improvement would be room temperature control as we were in rooms 2 and 3 I think and the temperature would go from being very warm to very cold and then back to warm and back to cold all day/night. It did get a bit uncomfortable during the cold periods. Possibly offering lunch or a main meal during the stay. We did get tea and toast after birth, tea in the evening and tea and toast the morning after but possibly lunch or dinner being offered would have been a bonus.

There aren't the words to express my gratitude and appreciation for the care, kindness and respect shown to me by all the staff. I have experienced appalling rudeness, arrogance, and dismissive behaviour in another hospital which led to assumptions being made which has negatively impacted my long term health. I find the staff at Warwick Hospital, for whom I have the utmost admiration, thorough, professional but also compassionate. Thank you.
