IPU is a very special place where the staff and volunteer go above and beyond to support patients and family. It has allowed me to be a Granddaughter again instead of a carer. I am so greatful for how well looked after my Grandma has been.

Supportive at all times, were able to contact them at any time. They gave me advice on how best to meet my Mum's needs. Lots of reassurance at a very difficult time when I was struggling to get support from other agencies, they were there even before the initial visit... caring and professional.

I came to the Hospice with all sorts of problems with my pain management; with the Hospices help those problems have been resolved and I feel stronger and safer than before. I really believe all the help I have received was 100% correct to my needs.
