Everyone in this hospital - from the receptionist to the x-ray techs, from the nurses to the consultants, from the porters to the pharmacists - was wonderful on the occasions I've been here (and I've unfortunately been in and out a lot recently so it's not a one-off experience.

The experience as a day case patient was very well. The ward nursing team worked so well with the medical and therapy team to provide a smooth stay. Meal was ordered well in advance before surgery and came at the right time post-surgery. Nursing team was great on checking upon me from time to time and administering medication as needed. Theatre team was very friendly which made the whole environment relaxed whilst feeling nervous about the surgery. Medical team was brilliant and informative throughout. Physiotherapy team was also very reassuring with pre and post-surgery check up. Follow-up appointments wound care and stitches removal were all promptly arranged, which Severino dealt with a hiccup very well! (thank you!)

The staff were supportive but the only issues we had was the tv is the room was not working. Because it was a day care and i happened to stay over was not given breakfast because they was communication breakdown I think. Finally I was given something to eat about almost 10am.

I was made to feel at ease and trusting the care of the whole team during my stay at the hospital. Everyone was courteous and friendly, which goes a long way when you are feeling anxious about a procedure. I am grateful for the attitude of everyone I met while at the hospital.

This hospital is excellent. Clean, safe and welcoming. The nurses were all wonderful. They truly care about their patients.
