From my first appointment with Dr Wali i found her very kind and professional and very reassuring from the start. The second time i saw her was just before the surgery which again she reassured me and put my mind to ease. i then saw her again after the surgery when she checked up on me and told me the surgery went well.

Attended Blanche Heriot Unit for Hysteroscopy, which was very painful. ( This procedure is painful ) However the ‘dream team’ Julie, Edinah & Ceceline supported me all the way through the procedure giving me options and letting me make decisions. They chatted to me all the way through the procedure to distract me which really helped me and Edinah held my hand.
Thank you ladies.
Also a thank you to Tracey hysteroscopy secretary for sorting out my referral promptly as it got sent to the wrong hospital.
Fabulous team keep up the good work

The doctor I saw was very helpful and attentive. She listened to my concern carefully. Gave me a range of treatment options that was best for my circumstances. I was able to make a clear decision on the best treatment option for my condition.
I find the staff at St. Peters Hospital to be very professional and kind.
I am very happy with the care provided.

The Cardiology Department at St Peters is a shambles. Test results not communicated to the consultants and weeks between having tests and receiving results which you constantly have to chase. I've requested a transfer of my care to The Royal Surrey in Guildford. Hard to believe it can be any worse.

My elderly mother had a hip operation undertaken by Dr Farook. The level of care while she was an in-patient at Ashford Hospital was first class.
She recently saw Dr Farook at St Peter's for a follow up appt, she was seen quickly with care and attention. Appt was on time and reception area was comfortable for her. She is now mobile and out of pain!
First class service thank you NHS!
