Although my wife was in your care for just over 24 hours I believe that she did at last find the peace and tranquility she so richly deserved due in large measure to the care and compassion shown to her and myself by all members of staff be they professional or volunteer.

Kind staff. Very informative. Explained well all the massages and treatment. Julie Norris was amazing!

Suggested improvements
Maybe do a bit of massage to feel how it should be handled meaning the pressure to use when you do it yourself.

Review of In-Patient Care

I didn't want my daughter to go to the hospice following a long stay in hospital. Everyone was so lovely and reassured me that she was in the best place. Her care was second to none.

Suggested improvements
the doctors and nurses only came to see my daughter once every 4 hours, or if i pressed the buzzer. Maybe check in more than once every 4 hours. I realise they are busy, this is not a criticism.

My husband was only in the Hospice for 4 days before he passed away. My husband was very well looked after by everyone. Also as a family, we also felt supported.
