For all of my appointments and procedure I was treated very well. I was listened to, I was respected. I was given more respect and treated much better than I am by my own GP. All the staff are friendly, the hospital is very clean.

I met Nurse Maricor Balinbin on Monday 10 of November as my Mother was receiving after care treatment after surgery to her hip. She was friendly and professional she also carried out her duties efficiently and to a high standard.

I was privileged to have a deviated septum and turbinate reduction surgery at Springfield Hospital. Words are not enough to express my gratitude for the services I received. I want to thank everyone for the respect and warmth with which I was treated. I want to thank the anesthesiologist for his good mood, and most importantly for all the explanations provided. I want to thank the nurse for taking care of me after I woke up from anesthesia, a very nice and caring lady with a very warm voice. And most importantly I want to thank the surgeon, Mr. Abdelkader.. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your understanding and for all the information provided since the first consultation. Thanks to him, I managed to get rid of an addiction of about eleven years of using the blocked nose spray. It has now been two months since the surgery and I can say that I am a different person. I no longer know what it means to not be able to breathe through my nose properly. I recommend this hospital with great love and confidence.
