I feel lucky to be treated at what is clearly one of the world's best hospitals. The adminstrative staff politely and helpfully organised my appointments and in particular showed admirable flexibility to ensure that I was not just seen on time but actually early, meaning improved efficiency for everyone. The level of clinical performance in the X Ray and Orthopaedics departments is exceptional and I feel confident I am receiving the best care in the world. I was also touched by instances of compassion I saw from staff towards others that went above and beyond that to be expected. In summary, Addenbrookes Hospital is one reason we can all be very proud of our NHS.
