It was very good for my husband to personally see Dr Amanda Cox after several telephone appointments. Dr Cox was as always very good, attentive and caring talking to my husband Jim about how his condition was progressing and the best way to proceed. She listened, discussed and understood completely. A decision was made between Dr Cox and Jim to slowly reduce one of Jim's tablets, Pregabalin, to help reduce his sleepiness whilst maintaining his medication for the pain he experiences with his Trigeminal Neuralgia. My husband and I were very reassured following our appointment.
