This is one of the best hospitals in the country. We, my family, friends and neighbours are so pleased to live near it. The doctors, surgeons, nurses, reception staff, porters, cleaners and volunteers are so nice and very helpful. I get lost, because it’s so big, and they stop to point the way and on occasions accompany me! I use Oncology regularly and am blown away by their kindness and efficiency. I used A-and E once, as I thought I was having a heart attack. I was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Even when it was apparent I wasn’t, they wouldn’t release me until the last blood test came through.
