Hard for working people to call at 8am due to working so hard for us to get an appt as all appta gone by the time we can ring.and get through

My appt had to be cancelled due to computer system being down and everyone running late. Also was not advised about yearly paperwork for diabetic results appt and that you cannot have appt without having them. They could have called me to check this out a few days before and then cancel appt amd send out relevant paperwork but that didn't happen. Staff lovely as usual and understand you cannot account for Systems going down. Just this particular appt didn't go well and that it wasted my time. Unusual as GP surgery is usually great.
