There is a fantastic culture in this urology clinic, the best I have ever encountered in the NHS. Everyone I meet from Admin staff, to nurse, to consultant has a positive, friendly, professional attitude, with a sense of humour with it. The importance of this for the kind of patients they are dealing with cannot be overstated.
