Very polite and professional Doctor. Personable and able to have a joke and relate to my experiences. Listened to my queries/concerns, did not make me feel rushed or like I was asking anything silly. Asked if I needed the procedure/complications explaining again before telling me so that there wasn't unnecessary repetition of information. I feel very confident with Mr Lee being in charge of my care.

I work with Mr Lee and high value and respect him. He is always polite, kind, thoughtful and patient which is important in a high pressured environment. I am always asking Mr Lee for his opinion on cases as I work in the Governance team and he provides this expertise efficently and with systems focused thinking, coming up with solutions and learning to improve our environment for patients and staff.

I cannot recommend Mr Lee enough. I recently had stage 3 phalloplasty under the great care of Mr Lee, who did an amazing job, which l am over the moon with. Mr Lee is a genuinely nice guy, who clearly wants only the best for his patients. Mr Lee took time to explain the procedure to me, answer all my questions and made sure l understood any possible complications. He took time on the day of my surgery to reassure me as l was quite nervous and he checked on me following surgery and again in the morning he examined me to check how things were before l was discharged. Mr Lee has a great bedside manner, is very personable, kind and reassuring. I was extremely lucky to have Mr Lee performing my surgery and if l should need any surgeries in the future, l hope l will be lucky enough to have Mr Lee as the surgeon.
