We were recommended to go and visit Professor Zoe Winters at a time of huge worry after a Grade 3 breast cancer diagnosis, by a personal friend who had experienced her expertise many years ago - we have travelled literally hundreds of miles to get the care, but it has proved to be the best thing we could ever have done! From the first visit through to my surgery for full mastectomy, Zoe covered every avenue possible with in-depth detail and thorough testing and she has consistently put me in touch with the best contacts to help me on the next leg of my cancer journey. There was always a palpable sense of calm in the room at every appointment, as well as lots of laughs! She exuded a fabulous mix of professional knowledge and kindness and empathy at every visit, coupled with a brilliant sense of humour, all of which are needed (and much appreciated!) at a time of intense personal pressure in your life. It's not often you come round in recovery from surgery to find your surgeon at the foot of your bed, but Zoe was there for me both before and after, which I hugely appreciated. The whole concept of the One Stop Clinic is absolutely brilliant, with same day imaging and biopsy facility amongst other services - no long waits to get results, which hugely helps with anxiety management during a stressful time! There is a incredible Team Zoe feel too and that is very evident at every appointment - her personal secretary, Jenny Hoyle, was incredibly efficient and helpful at all times and Breast Cancer CNS Angela Hawkins, was a huge support both practically and compassionately in all my appointments with Zoe, whilst providing a steady stream of welcome humour! We personally witnessed Professor Zoe taking the time to thank her support team whilst working under high pressure and often very tight schedules - this might seem a small thing, but it didn't go unnoticed. Zoe has an incredible skill set of scientific knowledge and surgical expertise which she is constantly updating based on current trial data and studies - this is something that personally we found very reassuring, at a time when we didn't quite know where to turn for help and it's evident she has made it her lifelong passion for which we are deeply thankful to her for. In short, if you are ever in need of a top quality breast surgeon or breast care advisor, you will definitely prove some or all of the above if you make an appointment to see Professor Winters and her great team. I have lost no opportunity in recommending her and the One Stop Breast Clinic service since our own extremely positive experience. Thank you so much Zoe and to your fantastic support team too.

Professor Zoe Winters was so knowledgeable, kind, approchable. My appointment was at 280 Kings Road HCA . She took time to explain me what to expect . I was nervous and she made me feel so confortable . I had an ultrasound after my appointment in the same facility . She is caring and very thorough , she goes beyond her field to target any issues possible before it appears . After the appointment, I received an email with very useful informations . Top service .
