I totally trust Professor Winters. She explained in details what breast is made of, how to examine it and check for lumps and she went further talking about women life and menopause. Apart from incredible knowledge and professionalism. It seems that she works with extreme care for her patients. She gave me an accurate diagnosis, reassurance and was very proactive with communication and follow up results. I am very happy to have seen her and I will definitely go back to her in future if necessary.

Only once in a - sadly rare - while does one come across a specialist as exceptional as Zoe Winters. Every aspect of my diagnosis, and even my future, precautionary care, was immaculate. Such a relief to be treated as an intelligent woman by someone at the very top of their game - who manifestly cares. I would recommend Prof Winters wholeheartedly. I am so grateful to have found Professor Zoe Winters. She is a fount of knowledge, hugely professional, genuine, and has a great way of providing data-driven care while at the same time making you feel seen as an individual. Nobody wants to find a lump in their breast but, when they do, they want to know what it is as soon as possible. It was the same for me and that’s why I think Professor Winter’s One Stop Breast approach is absolutely brilliant. It was hugely reassuring to be able to have an in-depth consultation with Prof Winters plus a mammogram, ultrasound and biopsy on the same day and leave the clinic knowing that what I had was abnormal but there was a good plan in place to deal with it as quickly as possible. It was clear to me from that first appointment that I was in great hands, and from day one through to surgery and follow ups I had every confidence in Professor Winters and her team. Everyone within Professor Winters’ team, from her PA Jenny Hoyle, breast cancer care nurse Alex Olayo, the radiographers and all the other lovely people who looked after me at the Chelsea Outpatients Clinic are kind, compassionate and professional. I also very much appreciated the smiles and light moments. Professor Winters and her colleagues made me feel like I had a very powerful team on my side helping me to get through something that was scary, and to get through it in the best way possible for me. I can’t thank Professor Winters enough for the excellent care she has given me. I highly recommend a visit to Professor Zoe Winters for anyone who has breast concerns.

I had the privilege of being under the care of Professor Zoe Winters from May to Mid June 2023 , and I can confidently say that she is an exceptional consultant breast surgeon. From the moment I stepped into her office, she had a remarkable ability to instantly put me at ease during a time of great worry. I feel very fortunate to have met Zoe following a recommendation from St George’s hospital after my breast cancer diagnosis. From day one I felt reassured that I was in the very best hands at a very frightening time. She is calm and knowledgeable and always had time for me, she genuinely cares. Her colleague Angela Hawkins (breast cancer specialist nurse)is invaluable and supported me throughout my journey including Chemotherapy.
