From the booking of my appointment to meeting Zoe and her team in person was organised, informative and caring. It was my first mammogram consult and Zoe put me at ease right from the beginning. At times I had to catch myself staring in amazement at the level of care and how Zoe explained needed info. I walked away feeling confident, heard and what I need to do to ensure I look after my health.

It was a huge relief and most comforting to meet Zoe and listen to her great knowledge and reassurance about my condition. Zoe is so very personable and caring and understanding of the fragility of health concerns. Her diagnosis and treatment were instant and emphatic and to have her on my side is the rock we all hope for. Onwards and upwards hopefully

I visited Professor Winters last week at the Lister Outpatient Dept and had such a postive experience that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and her team. She was thorough, informative and reassuring. I am now looking forward to my annual breast checkups.

Professor Winters is in a league of her own. She is at the top of her profession, yet she still somehow manages to get the fine balance of empathy & absolute learned professionalism in perfect harmony. I felt completely at ease and she not only educated me on breast health but she also advised me and armed me with enough viable data to make me confident. Her vested interest is my confidence.

The first breast surgeon I've met who took a holistic approach and treated me with empathy and respect. She was very thorough and also seemed to understand the importance of the aesthetic outcome of my surgery, which I very much appreciated.
