I'm delighted with the care that I received.
Prof. Zoe is very attentive, kind and efficient. She put me at ease and was very competent at what she was doing. Dr Zoe took her time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. She listened to my concerns, ensured I was well informed and felt comfortable with the next steps. She took the time to understand my complex medical family history and gave me extra reassurance. The scan and biopsy process was very smooth and as gentle as possible.
My visit was followed up by an electronic letter detailing everything discussed during the meeting. Online communication is very efficient and conducted pleasantly.
I felt that I was taken care of in the best possible way by Prof. Zoe and her team, who are all very approachable, friendly and professional. I am looking forward to my next visit.
