I saw Professor Winters following an appointment with my GP after I had been experiencing breast pain. I found her to be clever, kind and professional and very, very helpful. She took the time to explain a number of issues including the genetics of breast cancer and showed me how to examine myself. My anxiety levels when I arrived at the appointment were sky high. Within five minutes I could actually feel the panic drain out of me. She was so calm and clearly has vast knowledge of her subject. The information she provided after the appointment was also very useful and I will be following her advice on a number of issues.
