Professor Leonard has a great way to explain what is happening and put you at ease. He listens and clearly cares about his patients. His knowledge and expertise shines through. He is easy to trust, and I do. I have had great care and would recommend him in 100% of cases where someone was unfortunate to be in my position.
On points to work on, Professor Leonard can come across as a bit disorganised but he has great assistance from Barbara and his wider team so this never proved to be an issue.
