Professor Dvorkin listened to me when i said i was not strong enough for surgery as i was recovering from an acute infection and connected me with a dietician for two months in order to build up before surgery. His patience and care and attention to detail meant he gained my trust as i felt listened to and felt part of the planning for the surgery. His care and expertise lead to a successful keyhole surgery. This has lead to a speedy recovery and i am thankful for his individual attention and kindness and i am eternally grateful to professor Dvorkin.

I had a hemerrhoids procedure in 2022. Initial consultation was fine. On surgery day Mr Dvorkin seemed in a rush when discussing the procedure with me. Two days after procedure I had severe post operation complications and in acute pain. I contacted Cavell hospital who said they wold contact Mr Dvorkin. No response after 36 hours, I had to go to A&E. Further complications and 4 further visits to A&E. On my 6 week check up I complained to Mr Dvorkin that post operation there was zero aftercare, he said that he was not aware of any issues!? In my consultation he did not even want to check the wound/operation area to see how it had healed. Aftere I notified him of further issues, (which he did say at the first consultation might not be cured) he advised me to to look on the internet for excercises. I was a private patient.

I met Mr Dvorkin in 2015 at the North Middlesex Hospital and he operated on me for colon cancer. I sought him again this year for my hernia operation. I had this done at BMI Kings Oak. I cant praise him enough for his surgical skills and his approach to my care, both pre and post op. He was informative, skillful and I felt listened to throughout my care. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone requiring surgery such as mine.

Hello, I came to dr Dvorkin with abdominal pain at first. Had an endoscopy as well as a CT to rule out any potential problems. Other symptoms like blood in the stool were checked with a colonoscopy. I felt looked after as a patient. I would recommend dr. Dvorkin, very good doctor.

Being someone who suffers from anxiety, I was very nervous about my CT scan and gastroscopy/colonoscopy. I really felt listened to during my initial consultation and also that Mr Dvorkin understood how I was feeling. He has a very calm manner and explained things fully to me. I never felt rushed and I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Mr Dvorkin to anyone needing care in this area.
