I consulted Professor Reid for a second opinion after a rather uninformative conversation with my NHS consultant, who could offer neither a clear explanation of the result of the DEXA scan nor propose a way forward.
Professor Reid went the extra mile to understand my case, quickly replied to my (many answers) and offered a solution.
