A very clear yet detailed explanation of the application of neuromodulation techniques in psychiatric therapy. Explained the pathiophysiology (theories) behind depression in a way that I will use in my future practice to explain to patients why a pharmacological or psychotherapeutic approach is necessary.

Really good explanations around the theory of depression and helped to understand the physical symptoms. Also helpful to have explained the interpretation of EEGs.

He explained in great depth the rationale for using rims, ECT and ketamin infusions for treating depression: I found it a very helpful and interesting teaching.

Dr Alex, You believed in me when no other professional would. This was a last gambit for me - I was truly lost in the dark just waiting for the final curtain call. I can never thank you enough as you've saved my life, almost singlehandedly. You are the future for many and NHS mental health services. I am lost for words. Thank you.
