Dear Alex,
Thank you so much for taking me on as a patient from RTMS all the way to ECT. You have been my rock. You have guided me from treatment to treatment and supported my wishes as a patient as well. I hope you know you are an excellent psychiatrist and one that I would recommend to any of my mentally ill friends and family!
Thank you again for everything you have done for me. I hope I can return to you for RTMS of ketamine if it seems appropriate.
