Both patient and parent should feel completely reassured in the hands of Professor Sutcliffe. He is a wonderful doctor, very caring, compassionate, and always willing to listen to your own needs or concerns. I have been under the care of prof.Sutcliffe for five years and have recently been signed off with very positive results. I found this doctor to be incredibly aware of my age and my own concerns as the time went by, he always treated me as though I could have been his only patient, even though I was one of so many, answering calls from myself or my parents to answer questions about any worries we had, and always getting in touch very quickly after making inquiries to his secretary. I have always felt as though my own opinion and decisions are taken into account with professor Sutcliffe as he is very good at including his patients in his discussions, and aims to reach a compramise between his own vast knowledge, and his patients' personal feelings. I have always come away from appointments with the Professor feeling reassured from his positive outlook on my personal circumstances that all would be fine, and sure enough they were, but also from his general warmth and kind hearted nature. I have done and always would trust any decisions made by professor Sutcliffe, as his experience shows in his confidence that he can help, and wants to, and of course because myself and many before me have experienced very positive results after being in Professor Sutcliffe's care. I would recommend this doctor to any young patient or parent who is looking for a doctor with wonderful people skills, as well as such in depth knowledge and experience.

Professor Sutcliffe is our son's paediatrician. He's such a lovely person that's the kids will love to meet him without any fear or hesitation. The care he takes in while interacting and examining the kids are so much commendable. My child was very happy to see the doctor who checks for rabbits in his ears. Even with us parents he takes time and explains things and let me tell you we feel greatly relieved after taking our kid to prof Sutcliffe. We can be sure that our child in safe hands. Doctor even took effort in calling us personally during his busy schedule from the airport, to explain the details in the test result report And sent messages late in the night after his work hours just to check whether our child is fine. We actually felt at home while interacting with Professor Sutcliff And he made sure that each and every tiny little doubts of ours where cleared.

Dr Surcliffe, is very nice and understanding. He knows exactly what to say, he helped me a lot and would like to thank him for that. He is the best doctor I could have had. He knows when to be serious and when to be funny. Natalia Howard.

We went to see Dr. Sutcliffe ( who is in fact a Professor!) for a recurring problem with absence attacks with our five year old son. We were shown a huge amount of care and attention by Dr. Sutcliffe; he asked us lots of questions, carried out a full examination of our son and took time to speak to both him and us. We never once felt rushed or that we might be asking silly questions. Dr. Sutcliffe already came highly recommended by a GP friend so I felt in good hands, but I felt very much to be in the hands of a specialist who also took the time to show pastoral care to my son. Both a brilliant clinician and approachable, kind person. We feel very lucky to have found him.

As parents, we cannot recommend Professor Sutcliffe highly enough. Our daughter has been under his care for the last five years, and from the first moment we walked in to his consulting room, we knew that she was in excellent hands. He has an exceptional bedside manner and we feel extremely fortunate to have benefitted not only from his wealth of knowledge and experience, but also from his warmth, compassion, support and steady voice of reassurance. Nothing has ever been too much trouble for this wonderful doctor, who has often gone above and beyond his duty to provide the very best care.
