This doctor instilled confidence in me as the patient and the resulting surgery was excellent.

I have had excellent care from beginning to end and I can't praise the work that Mr Benedict Rogers did in replacing my hip with a new one that was fitted with precision and expertise to compensate for the difference in height between the two joints that I was borne with.

Throughout the whole process of my knee arthroscopy Prof Rogers was totally professional and an obvious expert in his field but equally importantly he wore this expertise lightly. By this I mean he was friendly, approachable and took the time to explain everything I needed to know in clear, easy to understand terms with no jargon. I felt very relaxed and re-assured throughout that I was in very capable hands

I feel incredibly fortunate to have had Professor Rogers as my surgeon for both of my knee replacements. He answered all my questions and understood that my aim was to continue to be as active as possible once I had recovered from surgery. Professor Rogers kept me well informed for both surgeries, and gave clear advice about recovery. I could not have asked for any better care or a more skillful surgeon.

Mr Rogers has been so encouraging from my consultation to surgery. I am so pleased with my new hip and getting my life back. My recovery has been a revelation and I really cannot recommend him enough.
