My appointment was on time I did not have to wait. The doctor made me feel very at ease very polite. Listen to everything that I said, he then explained to me in detail about the procedure that I was going to have then asked me if I was happy with everything and anything else that he could help with, I was very pleased and felt very reassured I would recommend going to him to my friends and family and colleagues .
