I saw Ben for the removal of a Lipoma on my shoulder and a small naevus on the back of my neck.
I was offered the option of having both operations done at the same time negating the need for an additional consultation fee which I thought was a nice gesture.
The procedure far exceeded my expectation and was carried out in an exceptionally professional and caring way.
During the operation Ben and his team were constantly checking on my wellbeing and was totally put at ease for its duration.
