Professor Ben Miranda was fantastic from start to finish. I was worried about the way my ears looked as I had my diamond earrings ripped out of the lobes. They were split really badly and Professor Miranda did an amazing job repairing them. He explained all of the risks and benefits of the procedure and took the time to discuss everything thoroughly so that I knew exactly what to expect. His team was amazing and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I would thoroughly recommend Professor Miranda to anyone.
I saw Ben for the removal of 2 lipomas to my abdomen, which had been troubling me for some time. Throughout my visits to the clinic, Ben and his team made me feel very at ease about the procedure. He explained in detail about the lipomas and how the operation would be performed, and throughout the procedure he made sure I was relaxed by chatting with me as he carried out his work. The aftercare from Ben and his team was brilliant and I would have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful surgeon to anyone.
My appointment was on time I did not have to wait. The doctor made me feel very at ease very polite. Listen to everything that I said, he then explained to me in detail about the procedure that I was going to have then asked me if I was happy with everything and anything else that he could help with, I was very pleased and felt very reassured I would recommend going to him to my friends and family and colleagues .
The doctor is very polite. He makes you as one of his patients feel that they are important. He explains everything in detail he reassures you He always asks if you are happy with what he’s explained about the procedure and your happy to go ahead .
I saw Ben for the removal of a Lipoma on my shoulder and a small naevus on the back of my neck. I was offered the option of having both operations done at the same time negating the need for an additional consultation fee which I thought was a nice gesture. The procedure far exceeded my expectation and was carried out in an exceptionally professional and caring way. During the operation Ben and his team were constantly checking on my wellbeing and was totally put at ease for its duration.
