My Consultant was friendly and thorough. He was very careful when taking a biopsy and explained what will happen next. He mentioned the need to arrange a couple of new scans and that this would be done quickly. Within 24 hours, I received a call to book my first scan. Things are moving quickly now and I am very grateful. Thank you.

The doctor was excellent polite and understanding. He explained my future treatment and the pro's and con's of this treatment. He also explained what could or could not happen if I decided not to have treatment.

I was seen today by Professor Bassem Mettias and his assistant (a young lady doctor whose name I unfortunately can’t recall), and I just wanted to share what a great experience we had. From the start, the care and attention we received were outstanding. The lady doctor took the time to sit with us and explain everything clearly, outlining what steps would be taken depending on the diagnosis. Both she and Professor Mettias genuinely listened to our concerns and welcomed our questions, which was incredibly reassuring—especially after past experiences with doctors who seemed too rushed to really listen. We were seen very quickly, and even had our scan done on the same day, which saved us from the stress of waiting for another appointment. I've been seen by many doctors over the years, but I must say I was particularly impressed with the professionalism, kindness, and thoroughness shown by both the young doctor and Professor Mettias. I left the appointment feeling completely reassured and grateful for the excellent care we received.
