Very kind, caring and down to earth doctor who always has a smile on his face. Everything is always explained in great detail and in a way that's easily understood. He always has time for you listening to any problems or worries you may have and does his best to help in anyway he can.

I have been under Dr Alasdair Coles for roughly 9 years as part of trial for multiple sclerosis. I have received nothing but exceptional care and support during this time. It can be very frightening at times when complications arise or you are faced with something that is unknown, particularly when you do not understand what is happening. Dr Coles will never rush you, and more importantly he listens to you. I know that sounds bizarre, but lots of Dr's listen but will continue to look at the computer or be writing something down. Dr coles will stop, look you in the eye and listen to every word you say. He is always honest and I trust him 100% in all aspects of my care. I feel very Lucky to have been so fortunate to have been offered the chance to be under the care of Dr Coles and his team. I will be forever grateful to Dr Coles and all the other members of the campath team. They are an exceptional and professional team, and we are lucky to have them.

there are not many other peoplein the world who know more about MS and the treatment option avaliable. Prof Coles is one of the best in the world on this subject and has a great way of communicating his knowledge to the (often illinformed) patient. Listen to everything he says very closely. he knows..
