I have been a patient of Prof. Coles for over 10 years, having been selected to take part in the Lemtrada (previously known as Campath) drug trials for MS, which he was leading. Alasdair has always given me the full facts, both positive and negative, of my condition, my treatment, potential side-effects and any future issues I may be faced with. He genuinely listens to you, takes time to enquire about your day-to-day life, and explains everything fully if you have any questions. He is a true professional; kind, mild-mannered, extremely knowledgeable and passionate about helping people with MS live the best life possible. I feel privileged to be under his (and his team's) care.

Mr Coles is a very kind reassuring Doctor who guided me every step through my drugs trial for MS. Mr Coles has been with this program from its start, well over 10 years, and shown outstanding dedication in bringing this drug to all with MS. This drug trial has made a huge difference to mine and my wife's quality of life and we are very grateful to him and the whole team Many Thanks Proff Cole.

Always very informative and helpful. Takes time to make sure that patient needs are met. The research work he undertakes has made a huge impact on my life, and I am very grateful.

I have been treated by Prof Alasdair Coles and his team for my MS for approx 8 years, I have found Prof Coles and the team to be honest and truthful at all times with me and my family which has been such a relief. Initially when I started the treatment I was hoping and if truthful expecting immediate results, but this did not happen and it took several years for the treatment to have positive affects on my health. In the beginning of my treatment I was unable to work due to my health, I am now happy to say that I am back doing the job that I love but with a reduced work pattern. I can honestly say that this has only been possible thanks to the treatment received by Prof Coles and his team of Doctors and Nurses at Addenbrooke's.
