I first met Prof Coles when I was diagnosed with MS in 2008.
He was very kind and informative and listened to me with interest and understanding not only regarding my MS but more recently with other issues that were happening in my life that may have had an effect on my health.
He has a professional and reassuring approach and I have complete trust in his
judgement, although he allowed me to make my own decisions without any pressure. I feel that I have the support of the department at any time and could
contact Prof. Coles regarding any issues or concerns.
