He was fantastic with my special needs son today. He listened to me and my son. He made my son comfortable talking to him and did not rush us.

The doctor Obinna was approachable, friendly and had a good manner, making me feel at ease. He was able to answer all my questions in an understandable way explaining each point in detail. I would recommend this doctor and the experience I had with him requires no need for improvement.

This doctor seemed ok at the time but two days later I receive a call from the hospital to say the x-ray shows I do actually have a hairline fracture. Total opposite to what I was told on the day.

Thank you for the feedback. I recall meeting you at Maidstone Hospital and not at GOSH. I am sorry to hear that you were provided with a wrong information about your x-ray. I have discussed this with my colleagues and have been informed that hairline fractures are commonly missed and picked up by experienced radiologists during review of images days after investigations as was your case and when it is, the patient is informed and appropriate management or follow-up is instituted. This shows the effectiveness of our health system and it is our duty of care to ensure the safety of our patients. However, management and advice provided to you during the consultation remains the same. Going forward, efforts have been put in place to ensure situations like this do not happen again. Once again, I am sorry and thank you for the feedback as it help me serve you and other patients better.
