I had bilateral surgery at Optimax, Hove in January 2024. Tahmina has a superb manner and is very easy to talk to. My surgery was quick and efficient with excellent results. Her support staff at Optimax were wonderfiul.

I made an enquiry with Dr Pearsall over a weekend for bilateral cataract removal and was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call almost immediately from Tahmina herself, she explained the process, next steps and who would be in contact, exactly as stated we received all the details we needed and we felt confident throughout the initial stages and beyond that we were in safe, professional and very experienced hands. we received everything we needed to know almost immediately and when something went missing I made one call to Kayleigh, Dr Pearsalls secretary and it was rectified immediately. Nothing seemed like too much trouble and everything was on time, on plan and carried out exactly as it was explained to us, when we needed to see Dr Pearsall again due to travelling she was able to meet us at a venue that suited us both and on a weekend, I would highly recommend Dr Pearsall and was delighted that the appointments were not only flexible but local to when and where we could be seen, Tahmina is exceptionally kind and reassuring and made several calls to us personally to check on progress and wellbeing. If you are in any doubt as to whether you should proceed with Dr Pearsall or not a phone call to her, will offer you all the reassurance you need to progress with this procedure.
