Ms Neumann is a wonderful consultant, I have seen quite a few ENT consultants throughout my life and I have never met someone as thorough as she is. I've had on going ENT problem since childhood and Ms Neumann looked at my case from every possible angle and explored them. She referred my onto other specialists for tests and after receiving results, she asked me back in and explained them to me thoroughly and clearly, which gave me a clear and understandable insight to the problem. She takes her time with you, you never feel like ' just another one through the door' I'm so glad I was referred to her as I feel like I'm finally getting answers and being steered in the right direction for the help I actually need. You honestly couldn't wish for a better consultant.

Ms Codruta Neumann is a life changer, miracle worker and I cannot thank her enough! I have had a hearing impairment my whole life. I’ve always depended on the use of hearing aids in both ears and when the batteries die it’s a panic to replace them so I can hear again. Being under 30 I refused to wear the ‘old man’ NHS aids and spent thousands on in-ear ‘hidden’ aids. Last year I had an operation initially intended to prevent my hearing getting worse, Ms Neumann completely reconstructed the internals of my ear, with unnoticeable scaring. And noticeable improvement to my hearing. So much so that I no longer need to wear hearing aids at all!! The bones she replaced are microscopically small and I can only imagine the work involved in such an operation is nothing short of miraculous. Codruta is an absolute saint and I cannot thank you enough, you’ve completely changed my life!

Dr Neumann took a lot of time to listen to me, asked pertinent questions so that I was sure she understood my condition. She then explained what she thought the cause of my problem was and what she suggested we should do next (which she then arranged). What I really liked is that she gave me all the time I needed and I did not feel like a number that had to be moved along as quickly as possible.

I have been seeing Ms Neumann for several years and during this time have always received the very best care. I have total trust in her and am always totally comfortable with her advice. I feel I am always listened to and although she is very busy I have always been given 100% of her time and focus.
