Ms Neumann performed very complex surgery on my right ear to rectify an unfortunate complication from a previous, more minor operation, which had been carried out by a more junior surgeon. That was four years ago, and since then I have seen her annually for check ups. I don't think you could find a more caring and attentive consultant, as she has always explained her actions and reasons for them. I feel very fortunate to be under her care.
