The biggest problem I had was the communication through switchboards and secretaries in order to get an appointment. That was several bad experiences which left me and my GP very upset and confused. I had a long wait for my appointment and then a long wait at the clinic though everyone there was helpful and professional. On seeing Ms Neumann she was very apologetic about the delays but very focussed on my condition. She spoke and listened to me at length, her explanation of my condition was caring and simple to understand. A very kind and professional consultation, thank you.
