I first met Codruta Neumann 2 years ago when I was 60, after suffering hearing loss since the age of 25 , I had always been told that nothing could be done, I was amazed to be told by Codruta that there was possibly something that could be done for me after all. From our first meeting I knew that this was someone I felt totally confident and at ease with and trusted. I had some scans and tests and she told me the results were that yes there is something that could be done. I was so pleased I was keep fully informed at all times ,I was shown how the operation would be done all risks were clearly explained and we decided to operate on my first ear , this was a complete success and my life began to change, I could hear after a few days and after 6 months healing I could hear 100% for the first time in years , we then discussed operating on my other ear , I totally trusted Codruta and we agreed to go ahead once again the operation was a complete success , I cannot praise the care I received throughout the whole process ,I have not one negative thing to say at all. So 2 years on my hearing has been restored and my life has completely changed I cannot thank this amazing lady for her time support and changing my life completely I will always be externally grateful and never forget Codruta . I hope that many other people will be able to enjoy restored hearing . Thank you for everything Codruta
