I rang to book in a planned CT scan and was offered an appointment just three days ahead. Incredibly, detailed results of that scan were messaged to me within two working days and Mrs Karat had clearly reviewed the results and appended a personalised message to the letter sent out via the app. This was incredibly helpful in terms of alleviating a potentially worrying wait for results.

MRs Karat is everything you want from a consultant who has to deliver bad news . She is straight to the point, reassuring and as a woman I appreciated her humour and no nonsense approach. This may not work for everyone but for me it was what I needed. Thank you MRs Karat

I saw Mrs Karat for surgery to correct a-symmetry this year. I was very keen to have as minimally invasive a procedure as possible, whilst still correcting an issue which has troubled me for as long as I can remember. Mrs Karat was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We spent as much time as I wanted in discussing the options available to me, thoroughly discussing treatment, recovery and after care. In the end I opted for a unilateral breast augmentation. I was very concerned initially that the only option would be for me to have a bilateral augmentation, which was more action than I really wanted to take, and I was delighted that having surgery to one side only was a viable option. Mrs Karat was very careful to manage my expectations about the achievable results of the surgery, and I was happy to accept an improvement rather than perfection, however I have been absolutely delighted with the results, which in my view couldn't be more perfect. I couldn't have hoped for a better outcome and I'm so happy that I decided to go ahead with the surgery. From start to finish the whole process, surgery, and support and advice through recovery have been seamless, easy to access and stress free. I'm particularly appreciative of the time taken to select a range of implant sizes in order to give the best opportunity of finding the 'perfect match' during surgery - the care and attention to detail was first-class. I will forever be grateful to Mrs Karat for her advice, guidance and surgical skills, which have enabled me to resolve a problem which used to have an every day negative impact on my life. I would highly recommend working with Mrs Karat to anyone considering surgery, and really can't thank her enough for the positive impact she has had on my life.
