I saw Mrs Craig about a recurring rectal prolapse. I found her to be extremely approachable and kind and she made me feel entirely at ease with a problem that can be very embarrassing to talk about. Mrs Craig was very easy to talk to and provided guidance and advice in a clear and sensitive manner. A very lovely lady who I would thoroughly recommend.

After childbirth I was left with 3 hemorrhoids which after a while turned into skintags. These were causing so much discomfort and itching and wouId frequently flare up. The NHS no longer treat anal skintags, saying its cosmetic, believe me it was impacting on my life due to the discomfort. I found Mrs Craig online one night when I was googling about local consultants who dealt with my condition I was so relieved to find her. Mrs Craig makes you feel at ease immediately and is really easy to talk to. I was confident I was in safe hands. I can't tell you how amazing my care was at spire...I was really well looked after by all the staff and everything was so well organised. Mrs Craig was amazing and explained everything to me and what I could expect in my recovery. I was so anxious on the day but Mrs Craig and the team reassured. My post op recovery has been fine, a little discomfort but luckily for me this was nowhere near as bad as I was expecting. I bought a sitz bath to help sooth my wounds and this really works. The post op guidance, antibiotics and pain relief is given and Mrs Craig covers everything you need. I only used paracetamol. My follow up appointment has been great too. Mrs Craig answers any questions and I was happy to know that I'm now fully healed down there. Having this procedure was the best thing I ever did. Its totally changed my daily life and everything feels back to how I was before childbirth. If your in a similar position I would 100% recommend having this done. Thank you Mrs Craig...so lucky to have found you.
