I went with my hearing impaired, partially sighted 89 year old Mum for the appointment. Mrs Craig was excellent, speaking clearly and loudly to my Mum so that she could hear and gave a thorough and easy to understand explanation of what Mums problems were and what was to be done about them. She used clear diagrams to illustrate her explanations and provided us with a leaflet to take home. All the staff we encountered from the reception onward were very helpful and friendly. My Mum was completely put at her ease and we both came away feeling we had been fully informed and had been given excellent care and attention by Mrs Craig and all the staff at Trafford General. Thank you very much.
