on first meeting Mr Shariff i was able to talk through my problem concerning my left hand, after being referred to 2 x wrong consultants it was such a relief to meet him and feel reassured that he could perform the surgery. He explained in detail the procedure and listened and answered my concerns.
On the day of surgery he arrived on day procedure unit within 10 mins of my arrival, this was appreciated as i was again talked through the procedure and alleviated my concerns giving me the options dependant on what was found. My ganglion was not encasing the nerve and i'm very pleased with the outcome , no lump, no pain and full use of index finger. Half of the scar is now not visible and the rest blends in with the lines on my palm. Thank you Mr Shariff , a job well done.
