I would highly recommend Mr Toumi for anyone looking to have weight loss surgery. Mr Toumi has been professional and supportive throughout my whole experience and has been very approachable. I am able to contact him over the phone and email and get a timely response every time. He has given advise and support along the way and when I experienced difficultly with stopping smoking he remained free from judgement and offered further support to get me to where I need to be to enable me to go ahead with the surgery safely.

Excellent care and attention given to myself by Mr. Toumi. He suggested that should I need to contact him urgently following the procedure to email and he would respond asap. I never dreamed that he would respond immediately but he did. Mr. Toumi explains the procedure, prior to surgery, in great detail. His aftercare is second to none. I find it impossible to fault him, he is empathetic, thoughtful, polite and excellent at his job. Highly recommended.

I booked my initial out patient on line and the process was very quick and straight forward. I was very nervous about meeting Mr Toumi but he immediately put me at ease. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of the questions my husband and I had about the gastric sleeve procedure. At the out patient appointment I was offered a cancellation to have the procedure done, which I jumped at the chance of having, and within just over 6 weeks from deciding to have the surgery, I was admitted on the 22nd May. The surgery went exceptionally well and my overnight stay in hospital was very comfortable and the nursing staff were very attentive. Mr Toumi and his team have been great and very supportive both before and after the procedure. I am now almost 6 weeks post op and have lost over 2 and half stone. I am at the start of my weight loss journey but I know that with the support being offered by Mr Toumi I am going to achieve the weight loss I need to get my mobility and my "life" back.

I couldn’t speak highly enough about Mr Toumi. I had the gastric balloon inserted 1 year ago and from the initial consultation he has been fantastic. He gave me all of the information about the procedure and answered any and all of my questions. He put me at ease straight away and I felt very comfortable being under his care. I have lost 3 stone and I’ve never felt better and I couldn’t have done it without him and his team. During insertion, him and his team were amazing and they were equally amazing during removal. If anyone is thinking of any sort of weight loss procedure, I could not recommend Mr Toumi and the staff at the Spire Hospital Washington enough!
